Salomon XT-Slate Advanced 'Natural Cement'

Salomon's XT series has been hugely popular for many years and arguably the brand's leading colab platform. Having had a pair of the similar-looking Speedcross as my main (casual) hiking shoe, I considered the XT generally too geeky in appearance for everyday wear, until I came across the XT-Slate in the Natural Cement colorway.

For me, these sneakers struck the right balance between having a novel silhouette that wasn't going too hard for the Gorpcore vibe while still delivering on the hallmark Salomon fit and convenience.
