While my go-to extra virgin olive oil for cooking is Frankie’s 457, Masseria Estate is an absolute must for salads and other instances where the taste is critical.

There’s a lot of fronting when it comes to extra virgin olive oil, but the undisputed fact is that the best (i.e., tastiest and healthiest) such oil is pressed from Sicilian olives.

Forget Flamingo Estate, Brightland, Graza, etc. Those are all marketing-driven brands, not product-driven.
